Terms used across AgentixSEO and these docs.

Short definitions for the terms used throughout the platform and these docs. If a term is specific to one feature area, it is also explained in context on that feature's page.

| Term | Meaning |

| Agency | The top-level account: team, clients, branding, billing and API keys. |
| Client | One business you do work for, with its own workspace and data. |
| Client ID | The identifier every API call and report is scoped to. |
| Anchor text | The clickable words in a link pointing at a page. |
| Domain authority | A predictive score for how well a domain can rank. |
| Spam score | A risk signal for a link profile or domain. |
| Citation | A listing of the business name, address and phone on a third-party site. |
| NAP | Name, address and phone, the core fields checked for consistency across citations. |
| GBP | Google Business Profile, the listing behind map results. |
| Map pack | The local results block with a map and three listings. |
| Local grid | Map-pack position measured from many points around a location. |
| Topical map | A structured plan of pillar topics and supporting subtopics. |
| Cluster | A group of keywords that one page should target together. |
| Search intent | What the searcher is trying to do: learn, compare, buy or navigate. |
| SERP | Search engine results page. |
| AI Overview | Google's generated answer shown above results. |
| Share of voice | How often a brand appears versus named competitors for a prompt set. |
| Structured data | JSON-LD markup describing page content to machines. |
| Canonical | The URL a search engine treats as the definitive version of a page. |
| llms.txt | A plain-text summary of a site intended for AI assistants. |
| Lead grade | The AI-assigned quality grade for a tracked call. |
| Automation flow | A saved sequence of platform actions. |
| White label | Serving the platform and client-facing pages under your own brand and domain. |
| Programmatic page | A page generated from a shared template and a data source, such as service-by-city pages. |
| Anomaly alert | An automated flag raised when a metric moves outside its normal recent range. |
| Watchdog alert | A system notice that a job failed or an integration stopped returning data. |
| AI Training | The client-specific knowledge base that grounds AI-generated content and rewrites. |
| Indexing | Getting a published URL crawled and included in a search engine's index. |
| Bulk approval | Approving many pending task rewrites or drafts at once instead of one at a time. |
