# Launchpad

The eight-step setup walkthrough for a client, with live status on each step.

Launchpad is the setup walkthrough for the active client. Each step shows what it is for, why it matters and a button that takes you straight to the screen where the work happens. Steps report their own status from live data, so a step marks itself complete when the platform can see the thing it asked for, not when you tick a box.

## The steps

Inventory is only relevant to ecommerce, dealership and other catalog sites, so it is skippable for a service business.

## Working through it

1. **Open Launchpad with the client selected**: Everything shown belongs to the active client.
2. **Take the steps in order**: The script comes first because analytics, task deployment and audits all depend on it.
3. **Follow each action button**: Every step links to the exact panel that completes it, then you come back to Launchpad.
4. **Re-check the status**: Refreshing re-reads the live setup state, so a newly installed script or a fresh connection is picked up.

> **Useful after onboarding**: Launchpad keeps reading live status, so it doubles as a health check: it shows when a connection has dropped or a script was removed from the site.

The AI Training step stays open until the record holds real training: a tone set, at least one uploaded file, or a record created by a person rather than by the setup wizard.
