Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. Agency and client administrators may also provide business details such as company name, address, phone number, and website URL.

Google API Data

When you connect your Google account through our platform, we access data from Google services including Google Business Profile, Google Tag Manager, and Google Calendar. This data is used solely for providing SEO analytics, tag deployment, and appointment booking within the platform. We access this data using OAuth 2.0 authentication, and we only request the minimum scopes necessary.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Website & SEO Data

We collect and analyze data related to your website's SEO performance, including domain metrics, backlink profiles, keyword rankings, local search grid results, citation listings, and page audit results.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the platform, including pages visited, features used, and session activity for the purpose of improving the service and providing support.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. SEO performance data is retained to provide historical trend analysis. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. We will delete or anonymise your data when it is no longer needed.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), row-level security policies on our database, and secure OAuth token handling. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

We use essential cookies and local storage to maintain your authentication session and user preferences (such as active agency/client selection and theme). We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
