Terms of Service

By accessing or using the AgentixSEO platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. You are contracting with Jonathan Valania, trading as AgentixGO.

AgentixSEO is a search engine optimization (SEO) management platform that provides analytics dashboards, keyword research, local search grid tracking, content generation, backlink monitoring, citation management, Google Business Profile integration, and AI-powered insights. The Service is offered to agencies and their clients on a subscription basis.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Agency administrators are responsible for managing user access within their organization

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems
• Use the Service to scrape, harvest, or collect data in violation of third-party terms
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service
• Use AI-generated content in ways that violate applicable laws or regulations

The AgentixSEO platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Jonathan Valania and protected by intellectual property laws. Content generated through the platform's AI features (blog posts, press releases, GBP posts) is provided for your use and you retain rights to the generated content for your business purposes.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, and Mapbox. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.

The Service is billed on a subscription basis. All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"). For transactions handled through Stripe's managed payments program, Stripe Payments Europe, Limited or Stripe Payments Company (as applicable to your jurisdiction) acts as the Merchant of Record. The Merchant of Record is responsible for processing your payment, calculating and remitting applicable sales tax, VAT, and GST, handling chargebacks and refunds, and providing transaction-level customer support.

By completing checkout you also agree to Stripe's applicable terms, including the Stripe Services Agreement, Stripe Link Terms of Service, and Stripe Privacy Policy. Your bank or card statement may show a descriptor referencing Stripe or Link (e.g. LINK.COM*AGENTIXGO) for purchases processed through Stripe's managed payments program.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings or by contacting support; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise; Stripe will calculate and collect any applicable taxes at checkout based on your billing address.

You represent that your use of the Service complies with Stripe's Restricted Businesses list. You agree not to use the Service in connection with any business, product, or activity prohibited by Stripe, including but not limited to: unlawful or fraudulent activity, intellectual property infringement, regulated goods sold without proper licensing, adult content involving non-consenting parties, gambling outside permitted jurisdictions, or any activity that could subject Stripe or us to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk. We may suspend or terminate accounts found to be engaged in restricted activity.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jonathan Valania (trading as AgentixGO) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

SEO results, rankings, and analytics data are provided for informational purposes. We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings or business outcomes.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
