Agency
Agency Settings
Agency clients, profile, members, white-label branding, Google connections and the agency subscription.
Agency Settings is the configuration workspace for the agency itself. A left rail switches between six sections and one panel swaps in the middle, the same split-pane pattern used by Client Settings. Everything here applies across the agency rather than to one business.
The six sections
| Section | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Agency Clients | Every business belonging to the agency, with the route into each one. |
| Profile | The agency record: name and identity used across the platform. |
| Members | The people who can sign in and work on the agency’s clients. |
| Whitelabel | Branding: logos, icons, brand colours, social preview and notice colour. |
| Google Connections | Google accounts connected at agency level. |
| Subscription | The agency’s plan and billing state. |
Agency Clients
The client register for the agency. From here you open a client, which sets it as the active client and unlocks the client navigation (Dashboard, Inventory, Launchpad, Scout AI, Script, AI Training, Settings and the SEO sections).
Profile
The agency’s own record: the agency name, plus the profile icon shown for the agency across the platform. The icon has its own background and border colour, and a transparent option when the artwork already carries its own background.
Members
The people with access to the agency. Members work on every client belonging to the agency, so this is the list that decides who can see and change client work.
Whitelabel
Whitelabel is where the platform takes on the agency’s brand. It is split into cards:
| Card | What you set |
|---|---|
| Agency Name | The name shown in the branded interface. |
| Sidebar Logo, Light Theme | The logo used when the interface is in light mode. |
| Sidebar Logo, Dark Theme | The logo used in dark mode. |
| Sidebar Icon (Collapsed) | The compact mark shown when the sidebar is collapsed to icons. |
| Social Preview (OG Tags) | Image, title (up to 60 characters) and description (up to 160) used when a branded link is shared. |
| Brand Colors | Primary, Accent, Accent 2, Tab and Subtab, each with a separate value for dark mode and light mode. |
| Notice Banner | The background colour for notice banners, one value for both themes, with text contrast handled automatically. |
The recommended social preview image size is 1200 by 630 pixels. Brand colours apply live to the interface, so a saved change is visible immediately to everyone in the agency.
Google Connections
Google accounts connected for the agency, kept separate from the per-client Google connections managed in Client → Settings. Connecting happens on Google’s own screen, and the panel then shows what is linked.
Subscription
The agency’s plan and billing state, including where to manage or refresh it. Client subscriptions are separate: a client owned by an agency shows as managed by that agency in its own settings.
Agency-wide configuration
These settings apply to the agency and everyone in it. Use Client → Settings for anything that belongs to a single business.
